Incorrect or incomplete applications will be summarily rejected and no refund of the application fee will be made.

Failed transactions where the amount has not been credited into the Seed Development Fund will be reversible within 3 (three) working days.

In case of double payment or excess payment due to technical errors, the applicant may contact the Seed Act Cell, NSSO at sareg.csb@nic.in or call +91-888-482-1968 for resolution.

No refund will be issued for applications that have been processed and subsequently rejected on merit.
